Part-time Office Administrator / Bookkeeper

We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to help the owners reduce the administrative workload of running the company. The main role will be to manage the client billing process including adding invoices into Quickbooks, chasing clients for overdue payments and depending on experience a number of other administrative tasks in the office. Experience of processing work permits would be an advantage, but not a requirement.

This is a part-time role, but we would hope that the successful candidate will take on more and more responsibility as the company grows. The hourly rate and number of hours per week will be dependent on experience but will be a minimum of 12 hours per week at an initial hourly rate of CI$20-CI$30.
